Oct 03, 2015 In this video I show you how to obtain the program manual which, in chapter 2, runs through step by step on how to install Network eManager. I also go step by step with you on how to. Bluetooth Manager Windows 7 Toshiba is a software selection with 31 downloads. The most lightweight of them are Radio Activation Manager (sized at 443,698) and File Storage Companion (sized at 448,194), while the largest one is DeviceLock Service with 417,328,529 bytes.
So I guess this isn't exactly a VOIP question, but here it goes. Basically, I inherited a Toshiba phone system and the wiring is a mess. This is because, I'm told, that the only way to change an extension from one desk to another is to move the Cat5 cable that goes from the specified port in the system to the port that corresponds to the new office, meaning that cables are moved all the time (people around here like to move).
I'm thinking there has to be a way to leave all of the cables in the same spot (port xxx in the CIX punchdown corresponds to port yyy in the phone port punchdown always) and make the specified moves via the Toshiba software on the Phone System server through Strata CIX Network Emanager. Does anyone have experience with Toshiba systems?? All of these specified changes are on Digital Phones, but not VOIP. If anyone has any idea, I'd appreciate the help. The messy cabling is making my OCD crazy!
Yes, that port number is assigned already. To find an 'unassigned' port number try sorting your table view by the port number column (first column in that view). You may need to click it twice for the sort to take effect. Also, make sure you are showing 'ALL' in order for this to be a bit easier on the eyes. These are 6 digit numbers. First 2 are the cabinet number, second 2 is the card number in the cabinet.
Last 2 are the ports. You should see 01 through 08 or maybe 16 depending on the card. For example: 010101 or 030716. If there are any 'missing' numbers in the sequence, these are likely your unassigned ports. Yes, that port number is assigned already. I'm in a pickle. I was swapping two extensions from one location to another. Here's how I do it: In Station Assignments table, I make note of the PDN and extension numbers of the station I wish to move, and of the destination. I then change the PDN of the one I wish to move to an unused location, then move the one I want to move to the PDN of the destination. Then I change the PDN at the unused location to that of the original.
Problem is, I FORGOT to write down the PDN of the destination location. It seems there is no way to recover from this. I now have a dead jack in my office. Anyone have any ideas?
